Introducing... Thea!

Hello, my name is Thea. My parents abandoned me at a bus stop three weeks ago. I sat on the bench of the bus stop, waiting for the bus to arrive. In the icy cold of the morning, I saw the bus's headlights creeping towards me. It was foggy outside.

I rode the bus to a place called "Sunset Valley." It's a small town three hundred miles away from Bridgeport, where I come from.

My traits are Flirty, Star Quality, Virteseo, and Kleptomaniac.

Yes, you might think I'm a stealer, and that's the reason my parents abandoned me.

The truth is, I haven't stolen anything in over two years. I think I'm cured.

As I walk into Sunset Valley, I see a small abandoned farm.

I bet I could fix this place up.

I see a gorgeous white house, only about two blocks down. I decide to knock on the door, just so I can get to know the neighbors.

What an expensive car.

A pale woman steps out of the door. She seems old, until I look at her face which is youthful, maybe only ten years older than I am. I am sixteen.

She first looks at me in surprise,
"What are you doing here?" she asks, almost shyly.

I put out my hand, and she shakes it.
"I'm Agnes," she says.

"I'm Thea," I say.

"What a lovely house you have," I say, "What a nice car."

"Yes it is a nice car. I was very lucky to inherit a big sum from my late husband."

"Wow you must be so lucky," I say. Tears start streaming down my face.

She comforts me, and tells me it is all right.

She shows me inside.

The inside is just as great as the outside.

I see a white guitar, dusty from no use. I pick it up, and start playing for her.

I think she likes it.

Then suddenly, a strange girl with red hair enters the room, holding a guitar.

She joins my Jam Session.

I can tell Agnes likes it.

I gussy up in the upstairs mirror, I want to look nice for Agnes, to thank her for letting me in.

I turn on TV and see my favorite show. I watch for a bit, then say goodbye to Agnes, and head into town.

I meet a man who looks like a pizza deliver guy.

He shakes my hand.

"You know," he says, "you look like you would make a great actress. The theatre is holding auditions, you could get a good job there."

"I'm flattered," I say, "but I have never had any experience."

He keeps trying to convince me, but I say no, and leave.

Back to this empty hold house.

I feel my stomach rumble. The only thing I have left to eat in my sack is some marshmallows. I roast them up and eat them. It fills my stomach somewhat.

I go inside, and I realize I have nowhere to sleep. I know Agnes has a couch, maybe she would let me stay the night.

I fall asleep on her couch, it's so comfortable after days of sleeps on park benches or bus stops.

She whispers something, about her husband, just as I drift off to sleep.
